We are an embodiment and performance practice offering workshops, retreats, and research-based performance projects for all bodies — professional movers and complete beginners, individuals and organisations, people who have always moved and people who have forgotten they could.

The work is somatic. The space is social. The invitation is simple: show up, be seen, and remember what it feels like to be alive in your body.



SITE SPECIFIC RESEARCH  90 MIL - BERLIN2026

Concept: Inviting a group of students to research and investigate the space and the body in space. We delved into past/present/future senses of this location and devised a 40 minute peice of performance for presentation.

GODMILK VII.BERLINER FESTSPIELE, 100 DIASPORA FESTIVAL - BERLIN2025

Concept: A stage adaptation of Godmilk V.1. Co-Directed by Manoela Rangel. 

GODMILK V.IBERLIN ART WEEK, MAHALLA - BERLIN2024
Concept: Godmilk is a site specific installation exploring the relationship of milk in care and politics.  Digital Art Performance Peice created with Joaquina Salgado, Emilia Martos and Mujer Cobra. 

OBSESSSIONBerlin Art Week, Mahalla - Berlin2023


Concept: We worked with a group of students and professionals to create an immersive spectator show using dance and rhythm and inviting audience participation.


INNER CHILDMahalla - Berlin2023

Concept: We worked with a group of non-professional humans to create a more theatrical interpretation and exploration of what our individual obsessions are and observed the human character.

THE SOURCE X VINCENT MOONMAHALLA - BERLIN2023
Concept: We worked with a mix of professional and non-professional dancers to create a 1 hour long devised performance accompanied by musical artist Ale Hop. 

SYNCHING TIME ROTE FABRIK, ZURICH 2023


Concept: Together with performance artist Giulia Rossini we took over a collective space in Zurich and conceptualised a performance peice and workshop.

THE SOURCEKULTURKIRCHE NIKODEMUS - BERLIN2022

Concept: We explored a multi-media and interactive 4 hour performance peice in a church with professional dancers and vocalists wrapping the audience into a mystical and magical space of embodiment.
